SBD Door Pairs
 We
have developed pairs of softwood doors to enhance security design to PAS23/24
certification.
Construction
- Doors are ECO friendly and constructed from 57mm European redwood
- Glazing rebate to accommodate DGU’s up to 28mm thick for
improved
thermal insulation
- The hardware has been developed to combine both security and ease of
operation
- We have a weather rating of 150 pascals with a conventional cill
and 50 pascals with a mobility threshold.
- Finish – primed / base stain / fully finished paint /
translucent stain
- Maximum structural opening size is 2125mm x 1810mm per pair
 Hardware
- Espagnolette multipoint locking system with slave door shoot bolts
- Euro cylinder – key/key or key/thumb-turn
- Door handles with latest security backplates in alternative finishes
- Trickle vents can be fitted to toprail of doors
- Adjustable lift-off hinges
Glass
Glazing panels – 6.4mm laminate / 16mm cavity / 4mm Low E toughened glass.
